Ready for a Change?  

In the last twenty five years, the word spa has changed dramatically. Where once it evoked images of women shedding unwanted pounds on a spartan diet, it has evolved into a place where one goes for respite and renewal. No longer the place for only the rich and famous, spas are no implementing special seminars geared to teaching guests how to improve all facets of health: physical, emotional and spiritual. Spas vie with one another to create a program or series of programs that offer special guidance in any or all of these venues.

Want to change your life, but having trouble getting started? That's not uncommon. Sometimes we just need a gentle push in the right direction. SPA BEAUTY AND HEALTH TIPS  

SOME TIPS TO MAKE YOUR LIFE A BIT BETTER:

1.To sweeten your breath for those delicious kisses, eat an apple or carrot before your big evening.
2.Quick and Easy Stress Reliever, sit quietly and Breathe, Inhale,
deeply to the count of four, then let it out slowly to the count of eight. Repeat four times and you'll be ready to go.
3.To stave off wrinkles,apply a small amount of eye cream to these
areas of your skin:upper lip, between brows, along lines from the nose(the labia) to the mouth in addition to eye area.If you're over thirty this should be a part of your daily ritual.
4.Dance, dance, dance all over your home. Put on your favorite dance music and let it all hang out. After ten minutes you'll feel energized and your cheeks will be a healthy pink.
5.Mind your elbows,they are exposed to the world (unless you cover them with long sleeves)so make them pretty by rubbing the inside of an avocado peel over them.

Make your decision, then research spas that focus on the subject that interests you most. Many spas offer a program that includes each of the above by carefully dividing up the day into segments to include them. However, some individual spas may focus more on one or two of these. You can determine this by asking for a brochure describing a typical week's program. Some spas also offer focus weeks with emphasis on swimming, beauty, spirituality, nutrition, even a week of dance programs. You can choose to just hang out by indulging in a week of pampering sessions. Whichever you chose, you will be treated to healthy meals, interesting lectures,massages & facials as part of the regular spa program. All of it well worth the cost of a stay at a spa.
