SOME TIPS TO MAKE YOUR LIFE A BIT BETTER:

1.To sweeten your breath for those delicious kisses, eat an apple or carrot before your big evening.
2.Quick and Easy Stress Reliever, sit quietly and Breathe, Inhale,
deeply to the count of four, then let it out slowly to the count of eight. Repeat four times and you'll be ready to go.
3.To stave off wrinkles,apply a small amount of eye cream to these
areas of your skin:upper lip, between brows, along lines from the nose(the labia) to the mouth in addition to eye area.If you're over thirty this should be a part of your daily ritual.
4.Dance, dance, dance all over your home. Put on your favorite dance music and let it all hang out. After ten minutes you'll feel energized and your cheeks will be a healthy pink.
5.Mind your elbows,they are exposed to the world (unless you cover them with long sleeves)so make them pretty by rubbing the inside of an avocado peel over them.
